Briana lives for speaking to large groups on all-things-lady-boss; and has a unique way of illuminating all-in-ness. Meaning her talks motivate leaders, empower collaborators, and pull the silver lining out of every challenge. ​ 

With over a decade of experience in adult education and training, Briana has a niche for making people's pinky pop and connecting the dots on many topics. Her favorite saying is "90% of being smart is knowing what you're dumb at," and she has two courses built around this theory. The Collaboration Series, helping teams identify their strengths and weaknesses to be complimentary of each other; and The Leadership Series, curated from a hodge-podge of very personal experiences climbing the ropes of Corporate America as a Black.Female.Millennial.

Briana was gifted her first Qwerty Keyboard around age 6 or 7. That may have just aged her, but the important piece of this story is that she mastered typing 100+ wpm before she began 3rd grade. The Oregon Trail on a 40 lb Apple computer had nothing on Briana's skills. To this day, when Briana is thinking, you might see her fingers tapping across her lap - they are not tapping to a beat, they are transcribing the thoughts in her head.
