I'm glad you're here. I am a self proclaimed Mother Hustler, literally & figuratively. In 2014 while updating my resume, I wanted to illuminate myself by heading it with a mantra. Something powerful, eye catching, and more importantly, true.  It took me longer to decide that headline than it did to compose the resume itself. What I came up with:

"My mission is to grow everything around me.. including myself." 

 

And I wasn't lying. I am fueled by the success of others; the wins of those who share their lives with me; and the journeys I know I have had a personal impact on. This mantra is personal to me.

In 2017 after having established myself in Corporate America and weathering many seasons of personal development, professional growth and the foundations of leadership I had elevated to a level of confidence that enabled me comfortably start building an empire. While working full time, I helped my then-husband build a small business that scaled from a $300K business to a $1M business and a household name in less than three years. Using the skills I learned in my professional world + values, grit and realness, I got nicknamed "The Fairy Godmother" of my city. This was only possible by supporting and growing the individuals I relied on (my employees aka team members), having exceptionally high integrity, and even higher emotional intelligence. From 2018 - 2022 I was blessed with opportunities, awards and recognition including ​

• Named One of 40 Women to Watch by IFA in Des Moines, Iowa

• Awarded as a Business Leader by The Gazette 

• Hosted Chef Andrew Zimern at my home for four days for an episode of Family Dinner on Magnolia Network

• Shared knowledge with thousands of individuals via speaking engagements such as You Conferences, Gofinity, and the SBA
